The Federal Police (PF) launched on Wednesday (14) a new phase of the operation without discount, which investigates a scheme of undue discounts on pensions of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS). This time, the agents fulfilled, in the interior of São Paulo.
According to the PF, the targets of the operation are people (National Confederation of Family Farmers and Rural Family Entrepreneurs of Brazil), one of the entities investigated by INSS fraud. The action was authorized by the 10th Federal Court of the Judicial Section of the Federal District.
Those investigated at this stage are Cicero Marcelino de Souza Santos, appointed as advisor to Conafer President, and his wife, Ingrid Pikinskeni Morais Santos. The couple is suspected of using resources obtained with irregular discounts on pensions to purchase luxury vehicles.

The investigation also aims Carlos Roberto Ferreira Lopes, president of Conafer and entrepreneur of the agricultural sector. He owns Concept Vet, a cattle company, and the Holding Farmlands, based in the United States. According to investigators, his son manages a mining company in Minas Gerais, called Lagoa Alta, which reinforces the evidence of movement of resources in Brazil and abroad.
