Deputy Pedro Longou used the Tribune of the Legislative Assembly of Acre (Aleac), on Wednesday (14), to reinforce the support of the mandate of businessman Adem Araújo, who has been at the head of the Acre Football Federation (FFAC) since April, after the death of former President Antonio Aquino Lopes.
Long last week presented a motion of applause to the entrepreneur.

“I proposed the motion last week. Adem was acclaimed as president and has given a practical demonstration of what it is to invest in youth and professionalize all these talents of our talents. It has given an example to all the clubs of Acre. I am sure that its presidency will be remarkable. I ask other colleagues to approve this motion as a way to recognize this work and this family that has so much invested in Acre, in many ways,” he said.
The deputy’s proposal gained support from the president of Aleac, Nicolau Júnior, and the other colleagues of Parliament, Gilberto Lira, Emerson Jarude and Eduardo Ribeiro.
“Count on our support, Deputy. Adem is a very serious person and I’m sure he will do a very important job at the head of the federation. Congratulations on the motion,” said Nicolau.
