The Federal Police (PF) served, on Wednesday (14), two search and seizure warrants under the “without discount” operation, which investigates the National Scheme of Associative Discounts not authorized in retirement and pensions of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).
The court orders were authorized by the 10th Federal Court of the Judicial Section of the Federal District and fulfilled in the city of Presidente Prudente, interior of São Paulo.
According to the PF, the purpose of this phase is to investigate the performance of a financial operator linked to one of the investigated entities, suspected of having acquired high value vehicles with resources from the fraud to retirees.
