The season for domestic strawberries is about to start, so it’s worth looking at Recipe for a strawberry dream of a dream. It is a combination of a fluffy and soft sponge cake, fresh fruit and velvet mass made of whipped cream and mascarpone. The whole impresses primarily with its lightness and classic taste. In addition, it does not burden the stomach and – thanks to strawberries – wonderfully irrigates.

Strawberry dream It not only looks appetizing, but is also very easy to prepare. It’s the perfect cake for a birthday or dessert for family meetings and summer garden parties.

Ingredients:

For sponge cake:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 120 g of cake flour,
  • 30 g of potato starch,
  • 150 g of fine sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons of water.

For cream:

  • 250 ml of cream (30%),
  • 250 g serka mascarpone,
  • powdered sugar (to taste),
  • A teaspoon of gelatin.

Additionally:

  • 400 g of strawberries,
  • 75 ml of white, semi -sweet wine,
  • 75 ml of water.

Method of performance:

Put the bottom of the cake tin with a diameter of 22 cm with baking paper.

Prepare a sponge cake. Separate egg protein from yolks. Proteins beat to a stiff foam. Without interrupting whipping, add sugar to foam, then after one yolk. Sift flour and starch to foam. Gently mix the ingredients with a spatula, gradually adding water to them.

Pour the dough into the cake tin. Put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about 30-40 minutes (to a dry stick). Take the baked sponge cake out of the oven and drop in form on the floor from a height of about 40 cm (thanks to this it will not fall). Set aside to cool completely.

Cross -section of sponge cake into 2 tops. Soak them with a punch prepared from wine and water.

Wash strawberries and remove stalks from them. Cut the fruit into pieces of more or less the same size.

Prepare the cream. Beat a rigidly chilled cream. Add powdered sugar at the end of whipping. Mix the mascarpone cheese briefly (also chilled), combining it with a small amount of hot water dissolved in a small amount of hot water. Gently mix the cream cheese.

Fold the strawberry dream. Place one of the biscuit tops at the bottom of the cake tin in which he was baking. Spread half the strawberries evenly and put half the cream into them. Cover with a second biscuit top. Transfer the second part of strawberries and cream to him.

Put the dough at least 3 hours in the fridge.
