The popular accusations personally in the case that is followed against David Sánchez, brother of the president of the Government, in a court of Badajoz Hanque open judgment against him and ask for him a total of three years in prison. The accusations, which leads the Pseudosindicato Clean hands and among which are also Vox and other organizations of the ultra field, consider the family of Pedro Sánchez responsible for a crime of influence peddling in medial competition with prevarication and illegal appointment. All this for having allegedly obtained irregularly a high position in the Pacense Diputación and for allegedly having mediated so that a former former Palace of La Moncloa, who was his friend, got a job in the same institution.
In addition, the accusations ask for David Sánchez the special disqualification for employment or public office and a fine of the duplicate of the benefit obtained by his position in the Diputación de Badajoz and, also, of the obtained by the former employee of the Moncloa whom he allegedly plugged in to work with him. They also claim that it cancels the call for public employment offer for which the president’s brother obtained the Plaza that the Diputación and that he ended up abandoning during the judicial investigation.
In their brief, the accusations also ask to judge another 10 people, including the current leader of the PSOE Extremadura and president of the Diputación de Badajoz, Miguel Ángel Gallardo, for which they also ask for three years in jail; and other positions of this organism. For Luis Carrero, the former Moncloa ex -worker for which David Sánchez was supposedly measured, Clean Manos asks for a year and a half of prison.
