Wladimir says it would be illegal to sign the decree before Lula’s diplomation was published in the Official Gazette. The coup d’état, according to the police version, would be allowed by Brazilian law after the alleged formal act.
“Now what we have to wait is the diploma to go out in the Official Gazette. Dude, I ask you, left? NO, right? If it didn’t go, old, how will Bolsonaro act? He needs the document, man,” says the policeman.
The audio was sent on December 18, 2022, six days after Lula’s diplomation in the (Superior Electoral Court). Radical pockets believed that Bolsonaro’s action against the election should be done before the petista’s victory for the Electoral Court’s victory, and the advancement of time generated concern among encouraging the coup.
“Bolsonaro cannot act because if he acts before the Official Gazette, then it is illegal. You get? Then Alexandre de Moraes comes out that is fucked. Because if, my brother, if there will be this shit, my brother, Alexandre de Moraes, these ministers are all fucked, but fucking with all the lyrics,” adds Wladimir in the audio.
The Brazilian Electoral Code does not provide for the publication of the diploma in the Official Gazette, and the formal act of recognition of the election is the delivery of the diploma signed by the President of the Superior Electoral Court.
Wladimir’s audios were delivered by the Federal Police to the Supreme Court (STF) on Wednesday night (14) and are part of an investigation into the seized cell phones with the federal and family police.
Wladimir has been under arrest since November, by decision of the Supreme, suspected of participating in the criminal organization that planned a coup to keep Bolsonaro in the presidency of the Republic.
He was accused by the PGR (Attorney General of the Republic) of integrating a nucleus with military, which would be the armed arm of the coup plot. The First Class of the Supreme Court decides next Tuesday (20) to receive the complaint against Wladimir and members of the Armed Forces.
The conversations obtained by the Federal Police show that Wladimir Soares was involved in the demonstrations in front of the Army HQ and maintained coup wedge dialogues during November and December.
The federal policeman was excited about the prospects of a coup d’état. He says he was part of a special operations team willing to “kill a half world of people.”
Euphoria gave way to discouragement in the last few weeks of December, when Bolsonaro began to issue signs that he could not reverse Lula’s election.
“I’m kind of sad today because until afternoon everything was planned, all right for tomorrow. Now it went all behind, old. It looks like he will play the towel,” says Wladimir in one of the audios identified by the Federal Police.
In another change of messages, he states that the blow would not take revenge because “the coach did not get the right players.”
On December 29, Wladimir sent messages to a contact identified as Leo Garrido to inform that Bolsonaro “will escape”. In another message, it says that “Michelle [Bolsonaro] He left on Tuesday, escorted by two fighters. “
Minister Alexandre de Moraes decided on Thursday (15) to be aware of the PGR and the defenses of all accused of the new Federal Police report on the seized assets of Wladimir Soares.
