The president of, (-PB), criticized on Wednesday (14) decision of the first class of the (Supreme Federal Court) of the House in the case of Deputy Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ) and said it is not correct that a part of the Court decides the future of a parliamentary.
He gave the statement to lead to the analysis of the plenary the decision of the class of five ministers, which overturned a maneuver of parliamentarians who nullified a criminal action against Deputy Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ).
The resolution approved by 315 deputies last week could also benefit the former president (PL).
“What I don’t think is reasonable is the decision to be able to be undone by part of the other power in a virtual session. I think the reasonable is the Federal Supreme Court plenary to decide on the matter,” Motta said on Wednesday as he arrived to participate in an economic value event in New York.
Asked if he would comply with the STF’s decision if the plenary maintains the position of the first class, he said he does not work with assumptions.

“The mayor cannot have prejudice with any agenda, nor because sometimes he does not agree with what is being proposed, as well as prejudice, let’s say, of the poles, because the parties are legitimized there with political representation,” he said.
“What we have sought to do is give a slightly more institutional treatment so that the day day of the house is not yet another factor of instability.
