Negotiations without Putin. The Kremlin has announced that the Russian president will not lead the Russian negotiating delegation in the meeting with Ukraine that will take place this Thursday in Istanbul.
As reported by the Russian presidency in a statement, the Russian negotiating team in the Turkish city will be chaired by presidential advisor Vladimir Medinski, the same one that headed the negotiations with kyiv in Istanbul in 2022.
