Suspect to be the financial operator of one in the (Superior Court of Justice), businessman Diego Cavalcante surrendered on Thursday (15) to Brasilia to fulfill a pre-trial arrest warrant (without determined time).

Police officers pointed out four modalities of money laundering: withdrawals and deposits, use of passage accounts, issuance of real ballast slips and parallel exchange operations through doleiros.

The PF also presented records of financial transfers involving investigated servers, whose official income does not match the identified standard of living.

Investigations of this case also advance suspicions related to the purchase of Midwest soy plantation land, whose court dispute involves banks and which has appeals presented to the STJ.
