Event in the streets of Brooklin, in São Paulo, brings together over 260 stalls and cultural attractions on May 17 and 18; There will be typical Germany dishes, besides a lot of draft beer
On May 17 and 18, the 24th Maifest2025 transforms the streets of, in São Paulo, into a large multicultural festival. With free admission, the event has over 260 cuisine, handicraft, literature, dance and music stalls. The party honors the 150th anniversary of writer Thomas Mann, whose mother was Brazilian, with exhibitions, conversation wheels and literary programming. There will also be typical dishes of Germany and other countries such as Peru, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Brazil, as well as a lot of draft beer.
Organized by the Brooklin Entrepreneurs and Residents Association (AEMB), Maifest will have more than 500 artists, children’s attractions and itinerant presentations, celebrating cultural diversity focused on the history of German -speaking immigrants.
