Political and economic uncertainties have directly influenced the strategic decisions of companies, including High Leadership Remuneration. The average monthly fixed for high management positions in Brazil has remained stable, regardless of the size of the company, reveals the remuneration survey for Page Executive Page Executive Presidents and directors, the Pagegroup arm focused on the recruitment of executives of the call C-Level.
The study, conducted between October 2024 and February 2025, analyzed the remuneration of 2,000 executives acting in companies in various sectors, from small businesses to large corporations with revenues of over R $ 1 billion.
But What is the average salary of someone who holds the maximum position of a company, the CEO? According to the survey, depending on the company’s revenues, this amount can range from $ 40,000 to more than $ 80,000 per month – check out details in the table below.

The salary ranges were classified according to the companies’ revenues: up to R $ 250 million, between R $ 250 million and R $ 500 million, between R $ 500 million and R $ 1 billion, and over R $ 1 billion.
Despite salary stability, the survey indicates that companies are more selective in defining who remains at the center of strategic decisions.
“There is a intentional movement to retain leaders who, in addition to delivering results, can engage teams and direct transformations in complex contexts. These choices reveal the kind of future each organization wants to build, ”says Page Executive CEO Humberto Wahrhaftig.

According to him, salary ranges should be interpreted as a thermometer of the strategic focus of companies. “Adjustments at certain levels of remuneration show where the company is investing and which functions gain protagonism.”
