After being accused by the former partner, public servant Rutineia Souza, persecution, psychological abuse and financial blow, Councilman Francisco Maia (Progressives), Sena Madureira, publicly spoke out through his lawyer. In a video released on social networks, the defense states that complaints have personal motivation and that the parliamentarian has always respected the limits imposed by the court.
According to the lawyer, Francisco Maia and Rutineia had a relationship for almost five years, even married and, during this period, built heritage together, such as a home and the purchase of cattle. After the separation, the councilman began a new relationship, which, according to the defense, was not well accepted by rutineia and would have triggered the conflicts.

Regarding the accusations that it would be a “gigolô” and would have taken advantage of the former partner, the councilman vehemently denies. He states that he has been an effective civil servant for years and has held several relevant positions in Sena Madureira, as manager of the Traffic Division, head of the Military Service Board and currently councilor. The defense reinforces that its remuneration has always been sufficient to maintain its expenses.
As for the accusation of non -compliance with the protective measure, the lawyer explains that the alleged break refers to a rutineia gasm at the current partner of the parliamentarian while he was beside her. According to the councilman, the episode aggravated the conflicts because of the presence of his current companion at the time of the connection, but he denies having made intentional or threatening contact with rutineia.
Maia also rejects the allegations of physical and psychological abuse. “All these accusations start from the non -acceptance of the new relationship by the complainant,” says the lawyer.
Finally, the councilman said he will take appropriate judicial measures against the accusations he considers unfounded and against those who disseminate his name and image improperly. “People who tried to stain my image will be responsible in court,” he concluded.
So far, Rutineia Souza has not responded to the pronouncement of the defense.
