What ingredients do we need to make skyr pancakes? Here is the list:
- 150 g of natural skyru;
- 50 g of wheat or spelled flour;
- 10 gr erythritol or xylitol;
- 3 g of baking powder;
- 1 egg;
- Frying oil.
Preparation of skyr pancakes is very easy. Just combine all ingredients and then go to frying. So what do we start from?
To start with, we combine Skyr, flour, sweetener, baking powder and egg in a bowl. Mix the whole until a smooth consistency mass.
Then warm up the oil in a frying pan. We take a spoon of small portions of the mass and fry the pies until they get golden color, both from one side.
As you can see, the recipe is fast and very simple. Literally after 10 minutes 8 pancakes will appear on the plate.
I like the skyr pancakes with jam or peanut butter the most. You can also smear them with skyline. They also blend well with a little honey or maple syrup.
