Who is not entitled to the 13th salary
The 13th salary is not paid to the beneficiaries of the continued benefit (BPC), granted to the elderly 65 years or older and people with disabilities who prove low income.
In addition, those who receive the lifetime monthly income are not entitled to payment either.
