The meeting prior to negotiations between Russia and Ukraine begins
The preparatory meeting for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine that are planned this Friday at the work office of the Presidency of Turkey, adjacent to the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul, has started a few minutes ago.
