The cast of “Hunger Games: Dawn in Harvest” continues to grow, and now, the actor Ralph Fiennes (“Conclave”) was confirmed as the new franchise snow president.
Previously, the character was lived by Donald Sutherlandwho played Snow in the four films of the original franchise; and Tom Blythwhich acted as the young version of the character in “Hunger Games: The Song of Birds and Serpents.”
The franchise’s official profile also announced Ben Wang (“Karate Kid: Legends”) As Wyatt Callowone of the four taxes of district 12 that are selected for the 50th edition of the Games.
The actors join those already announced, and Whitney Peakwhich gives life to Lenora Dove Baird.
The new work will be focused on the character Haymitch Abernathytribute that became a mentor of Katniss and Peeta after winning the Hunger Games of the capital. The character is already known by the saga audience and appeared in the three books (and four films) focused on the protagonists of Jennifer Lawrence e Josh Hutcherson.
The “Dawn in Harvest” plot will be set 24 years Before the events of the first book, when Katniss and Peeta participated in the Hunger Games for the first time. This period in the fictional universe is known as “Quaternary massacre“When 48 taxes from the 12 districts were summoned to the games, including Haymitch Abernathy.
In District 12, Haymitch is trying not to think too much about his chances of being drawn. But when his name is called, all his dreams collapse.
