In the previous year, the loud insects in the USA had their big appearance. In 2024 something happened that only happened every 221 years: two cicada populations slipped at the same time. The result was billions of insects, which caused hell noise in several areas. The cicadas that are not too melodious for human ears can reach up to 120 decibels.
