The most common parasite of kitchens
Yes, the most common parasite of Czech cuisine is a food mole, sometimes also called a pier pier. Each of you has found yourself in the following situation at least once. You are hungry, open the door to the pantry and the mol will fly out of it. You then take over with flour, rice, pasta and all the foods that the MOL could contaminate. In the end, you throw away the food anyway because you don’t want to risk anything. But how does the food moth harm specifically?
First, it is important to know how these parasites will get to your kitchen. Most of the time it happens by bringing a bag of flour or other grain in which larvae or egg eggs are hidden. They then hatch. Adult individuals can then bear up to 500 eggs. This means an endless cycle of ejection and panting moths in the pantry. If you accidentally eat a contaminated food, you do not have to worry about health complications. Rather, you will be disgusted by eating the food in which the feces were, fibers woven with larvae and the remnants of cocoons. But how should you proceed when you see that the pantry is attacked by this small and unpleasant parasite?
How to pierce moths?
When you find that the pantry is located in your pantry, immediately remove all food. Check that you will not find live or dead moths, larvae, cobwebs in some food that make larvae, or eggs that look like a cluster of grain. It is important to see all the foods really, as the moth can wade from a bag or plastic bags out. Throw away all contaminated foods into the basket and then bring the basket. Then wash the whole pantry properly and get traps on the moths. If you bring flour home in the coming days, let it freeze first. This will perish larvae or eggs if there are any of the flour.
