The hearing of core 1 witnesses, which would be responsible for leading the coup plot,

According to the defense, this week, the Federal Police (PF) provided three links with a volume of 40 terabytes of evidence.

For Moraes, the new materials available do not present any change in relation to the accusation offered by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).

“The availability of this material, however, in no way changed the facts imputed in the prosecution, embodied in the complaint offered by the Public Prosecution Service and the probative set in which it was based and that, at first were analyzed by the judiciary in a session of receipt of the complaint and whose probative instruction will begin with the hearing for the hearing of the witnesses indicated,” says the minister in the order.

This is the second time Bolsonaro’s defense has tried to postpone the testimonials. On Tuesday (13), the lawyers had already stated that they did not have access to all the material produced by the investigation and could only manifest after analyzing the evidence.
