Only “AA1”: Rating agency Moody’s classes the creditworthiness of the USA

Washington – The Moody’s rating agency has downgraded the creditworthiness of the USA from “AAA” to “AA1”. The outlook is changed to “stable”, as the agency announced on Friday evening. On the grounds, Moody’s stated that the US financial situation would probably continue to decrease compared to earlier times and other highly rated states.
