“The presumption of innocence of the company’s partners is for criminal purposes and does not remove the robust proof of staff to defraud bids, as already determined by the Civil Police, Public Prosecution Service, Coaf and the trial carried out by the Rio Grande do Sul Court of Justice,” he continued.
