The members of the Barcelona pedophilia network led that the guardian girl they raped and recorded was minor, judging by the messages they exchanged: “It has 13, it is worth that and more” or “is this your first girl of 14?”.
This is recorded in a police report, to which EFE has had access, of the case in which the Court of Instruction 7 of Barcelona investigates the alleged leader of the Network, the electrician Teófilo LM, and another 15 other alleged sexual predators accused of rapeing a child under 13 tarteled in a floor in Barcelona.
The electrician who supposedly led this network, Teófilo LM, and another of the alleged sexual aggressors remain in preventive detention for this cause, the second of the three separate pieces on the plot of pederasty. As stated in the police reports of the case, some of those investigated for sexually assaulting the minor guardian were shielded in a version that contrasts with what they stated in the conversations they held between them through social networks.
In fact, a police report on one of the alleged sexual aggressors – who was identified by the tattoos that were appreciated in one of the seized videos – argues that the investigated had to be aware that the victim was less, which is appreciated “clearly” for his “little” physical development.
“Is your first 14th girl?”
The summary collects another conversation in which one of the alleged rapists complains that they had fined 600 euros for skipping the restrictions imposed by the Coronavirus when in February 2021, in full pandemic,
“It cost me 600 euros …”, regrets the defendant in a message sent to the electrician, who replies: “It has 13, it is worth that and more.” Other messages that the investigated exchanged also referred to the young age of the victim: “Is your first 14th girl?” Or “Well, I met her with 13 just.”
The investigated, as can be seen from the summary, were also aware of the situation of vulnerability of childhood and adolescence (DGAIA) of the Generalitat-, judging by the comment made by one of them: “It is in a center, it has it badly to look.”
In the conversations between those investigated, the fear of being denounced for violating a minor is reported: “You do not know when that girl can open your mouth and you will go your life to shit”, “and less having sex with a minor” or “I have the video and tests, I could have denounced you perfectly.”
In this context, Teófilo LM instigated the 14 -year -old who also sexually assaulted his: “Give it empty chats”, “and delete everything from one.”
According to the summary, in addition to Teófilo LM, which was already arrested in Valencia in 2010 for prostitution of minors, at least four of the eleven investigated in this second piece had a history: one for child pornography and trying to contact minors, another for abuse in the field of home, another for theft and improper appropriation and the last one for a crime against public health and abuse in the field of home.
