Just no white bread! Pizza makes you fat! In the evening pasta is a no-go! Generations of people – and especially women – grew up with these dogmas. The basic tenor of your nutritional rules is then: carbohydrates are angry and make you fat. If you eat them anyway, you take it and you are also to blame for it – after all, you didn’t have enough discipline to do without it.
