I don’t need to have a club in Serie A to be able to manage any business, some institution. This is the first point. And management capacity I have because I have experience of management, public management, in my public life of 12 years, as a doctor, for the positions I have already assumed, I have passed.

No, they are different times. In the time my father was president had no resources necessary to develop football in the state. So football was helped only by CBF, with little resource, and had no private initiative, so the federation was played precisely with little appeal that the CBF sent.

We achieved. Now we have a robust championship. I was able to attract private companies to sponsor our event. We were able to marke the advertising signs. I managed to sell the name of the championship. So we are able to foster football now in the state of Roraima.

But in relation to the support of all clubs, we know the close relationship that President Reinaldo has with the clubs of Libra and LFU. But we got the support of ten clubs, four of standard A, six B series, which are clubs that know about my work, know the intention that I have to change Brazilian football and believed in this project.
What does it mean for you to have the support of these 25 federations?
It is very important, it is a confidence, I give me credibility. I believe this support is very important. They believed in the project we have of change and renewal of the CBF and this union is necessary for us to give institutional instability because of everything that is happening today within the CBF.

What happened was an attempt to put my name in a process, because I was director of HGR (Roraima General Hospital), but I was not an expense plaintiff. The expense plaintiff was the Health Department. So, for the opposition political reasons, they tried to list my name, but this process has already been filed. Nothing has been proven. The entire process was filed.
You have no records publicly defending the fight against corruption. Do you intend to make this commitment as president of the CBF?
For sure. We have to combat this, we have to do a transparent management and that’s what CBF needs today.
Want to give up the management of the Brazilian Championship of Series A and B, especially if Libra and LFU organize themselves to organize the competition?
Yes, this is the project. It is within our work plan. Make the league out of the paper. This will depend on dialogue with clubs, with alloys, so we can see if this project definitely leaves the paper.
