Ingredients:
- approx. 50 g of kale leaves without stems (or spinach) – a glass,
- approx. 60 g of fresh spinach – glass,
- half a lemon juice,
- red apple,
- ground cucumber,
- about 100 g of fresh pineapple,
- approx. 100 ml of boiled water or coking water,
- a teaspoon of honey,
- Possibly 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger root.
Method of performance:
Rinse kale and spinach thoroughly under running water to get rid of the sand. Cut the stalks along with hard fiber in the middle from kale. If you do not have or do not like kale, reach for 2 cups of spinach. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon – watch out for seeds. Wash the apple well, hollow the seed nests and cut into smaller pieces. You can leave the skin.
Wash the cucumber, peel and cut lengthwise to quarters, then cut the inner corner of each fragment to remove the stones. Plastous pieces from the pineapple, depriving the outer, hard layer. Peel the ginger and grate on a fine grater.
Place all prepared ingredients in a bowl, add water and mix until a smooth, uniform consistency. Adapt the amount of water to your own preferences. Finally, try and add as much honey as you like. Drink the tire pogrom tire pogrom immediately after preparation.
