In January 2023, American historian Timothy Snyder on the X Network published a photo of a Ukrainian soldier, as one of his books reads in the trench. “The biggest honor for the author – the reader,” the well -known historian wrote in a paper, which became almost immediately viral.
It turned out that the soldier was the young platoon commander of the 80th pairing brigade Oleksandr Šyršyn, who two months later praised for a change photograph with Snyder.
Shyrsyn, who, thanks to his abilities, has reworked to the commander 1. Battalion 47.

Butus writes about recurrent errors
What exactly happened in the section in the University area near the border with Russia, where the Sharynova brigade is fighting, and what the commander has driven to this form of protest is not yet known.
