Hours after the Army announced the beginning of a new terrestrial operation, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office announced that Israel will allow food to enter Gaza.

“Israel will allow a basic amount of food for the population to ensure that a hunger crisis does not develop in the Gaza Strip,” said the Israeli team.

Netanyahu’s office has reported that indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas now include the end of the war in the region, or a truce. The statement also says that end of war should include demilitarization of the gaza range and exile of the terrorist group militants.

At the other end, the Israeli army announced the beginning in the north and south of Gaza.

Israel made the announcement after sources on both sides state that there was no progress in a new round of indirect negotiations between Israel and the rebel Palestinian group Hamas in Qatar.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said Doha’s latest negotiations included discussions about a truce and a hostage withdrawal agreement.

A proposal was also included in ending the war in exchange for the exile of Hamas militants and the demilitarization of the territory – terms that Hamas had previously rejected.
