Motiva (), the new name of the CCR transport concessions group, hired Lazard and Itaú Unibanco as financial advisors to conduct a competitive process aimed at evaluating a possible transaction involving their airport assets. The initiative is part of the strategy of the capital recycling company, in line with guidelines already communicated to the market.

The competitive process is underway and has the participation of several potential stakeholders.

Currently, the process is in the non -binding negotiation phase, without any obligation of exclusivity by the motivated or its affiliates.
