Served salty and sweet, they give virtually unlimited possibilities when it comes to combinations of ingredients. They are perfect for cottage cheese and fruit with sweet creams, but not worse, for example, with chicken and vegetables or salmon.

If you want your pancakes to be even better, add kefir to them. This versatile dairy product, which we sometimes forget, definitely does work. Thanks to its taste, the pancake dough becomes more fluffy, and after frying it is pleasantly elastic, soft, melting in the mouth.

The addition of kefir gives the cake not only delicacy, but also a refreshing aftertaste. So prepared pancakes are great for sweet and dry add -ons, they do not break and they can be easily curled up as needed.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of wheat flour,
  • 250 ml kefiru,
  • about 200 ml of mineral water,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil,
  • Salt at the end of the teaspoon,
  • baking powder at the end of the teaspoon,
  • sugar at the end of a teaspoon,
  • Rapeseed oil for frying.

Prepare a bowl. Beat the eggs in it with a fork, combine with kefir. Gradually add wheat flour and water, stirring constantly. You can use a mixer. The mass should have a consistency of thick cream.

Add a flat teaspoon of baking powder, a flat teaspoon of sugar, oil and a pinch of salt. Mix

Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside for about 20 minutes.

Brush the pan with oil, heat. Fry pancakes.
