The sergeant of the Military Police Samir do Nascimento Rodrigues de Carvalho, arrested after and injuring his daughter inside a medical clinic in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, will participate in the reconstitution of the crime on Thursday (22), at 10am.
The information was confirmed by delegate Débora Lázaro, head of the Women’s Defense Police Station (DDM).
Samir is in the prison of the Military Police Romão Gomes, in the state capital, and will be temporarily transferred to Santos with the objective of collaborating with the steps.
According to the São Paulo Military Court of Justice, the sergeant is in a condition of “aggregate”, an administrative measure applied to arrested military police. In this situation, it is considered inactive, without the right to salary or counting of length of service.
Lawyer Paulo de Jesus stated that Samir has an interest in contributing to the investigation.
“The defense will take the due measures regarding Samir’s inactivity. He will participate in the reconstitution, because he is interested in contributing to investigations,” he said.
