Cleaning the whole house without chemistry
Let’s take it in the first time. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen definitely deserve proper cleaning. These are rooms that we need to clean well and disinfect slightly. It is also necessary to get rid of possible bacteria or fungi and ideally also scale or rust. Another pitfall may be a mirror and various glass surfaces. The washing machine also deserves cleaning.
What to use? It is ideal to mix soda with a little water for joints and tiles. If you do not have baking soda, feel free to use a slightly weaker but still effective baking powder. Mix soda with a little water to create a thick paste. Then apply it with a brush to the joints, leave for 15 to 30 minutes and then scrub. Remember that there is no need to push too much. The brush cleans better when you do things gently but briskly.
You may need a slightly stronger mixture for the shower enclosure, or you can use the reactions of edible soda and vinegar. Soda and vinegar will help you dissolve not only dirt, but also scale. Spray the vinegar into a shower, leave for half an hour and then sprinkle with baking soda. The reaction will help the release of dirt.
For example, if you clean the wooden boards, you can properly salt and then rub it with a sponge or even better cut lemon. This will help you with the abrasive ability of salt. In addition, you also disinfect the cutting board.
To clean the classic or microwave well, place several sliced lemons or a bowl of vinegar. Turn on to keep lemons or vinegar well and begin to evaporate. This will help to dissolve the grease inside. Then wipe the oven with a sponge dipped in water with detergent.
You can use shaving foam on mirrors and various smooth surfaces that you want not only to clean, but also to ensure that they do not spoil. Although the shaving foam also works as a cleaning agent – it is simply a very well -whipped soap – but also leaves an invisible layer that temporarily prevents mirror fogging.
When you are in the bathroom, take the washing machine to cool. All you have to do is let the long program go to the highest temperature. Pour about a cup of baking soda into the drum and pour a deci vinegar into a compartment where you would normally put a powder.
If you are troubled by rusty stains on sanitary ceramics, try cleaning them with edible soda and vinegar. Spray the vinegar into a spot and sprinkle with a large soda. You can also replace the vinegar with lemon juice. Leave the fabrics and after 20 minutes clean with a brush and rinse with clean water.
Spring cleaning? Do not forget the mattresses and windows too
What else is waiting for you in the bedroom and living room? Especially mattresses and upholstery, various floor coverings, dust and windows.
You can use baking soda or baking powder again to clean upholstery, moisture and mites reduction, which live in housing textiles and mattresses and carpets. Throw a few handy soda after the mattress and then rub your hands into the textile. Leave 20 to 30 minutes and then vacuum well with a vacuum cleaner. Soda or salt can also be used on the carpets. It relieves the carpet of overblown moisture and odor.
You can wipe all surfaces with acetic water. The vinegar will soon ventilate, and if you want to scent your house or apartment, add a few drops of essential oil of your choice to one part of the vinegar and one part of water. You can use this mixture to mop floors, but you can also turn a cloth in it to wipe all other surfaces. But first remove the dust and sweeten the floor.
You can also use hot water water for windows and frames. Winding windows will also greatly facilitate the choice of the right aids. A sponge with a sponge or a high -quality microfiber cloth or a so -called Swedish cloth are perfectly suited. Remember, different textures of these cloths are suitable for concrete surfaces.
Now everything is clean and tidy. And the last thing you can treat is wooden furniture. A very small amount of olive or linseed oil is sufficient. Put a small amount on a soft cloth and spread it well over the entire surface. Use only a very small amount of oil and spread it so well that the furniture is completely dry. If the smell of oil does not suit you, you can also add a drop of citrus essential oil.
