A study by the National Confederation of Municipalities (CNM) reveals that, by 2025, about 2.8 million people are waiting to register in the Bolsa Familia program throughout Brazil.

Acre has one of the smallest queues, with 9,300 people (5,200 families), along with Roraima and Rondônia. On the other hand, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Bahia concentrate 46% of the national line.
Regionally, the Southeast leads with 45%of people on hold, followed by Northeast (25%), North (11%), South (10%) and Midwest (9%).
The Bolsa Familia It is an income transfer program with conditionalities in health and education. They are eligible to participate in the initiative the families registered in the Cadastro Único (CadÚnico) in poverty, with per capita income of up to R $ 218.00 (two hundred and eighteen reais).
