From the world of John Wick comes to the Ballerino cinemas

At the beginning of the story, Little Eve will lose his father who becomes a victim of an unknown gang. He has no family and therefore becomes the object of interest of the director of Russia’s institution Roma. This is an elite dance school that actually raises the murderers. Eve, however, continues to think of revenge, and despite the warning of superiors decides to search for people who have deprived her of her family. The violation of the rules is strictly punished in this world, so Eve suddenly finds herself against the rest of the underworld. And the end awaits her one that everyone is afraid of – John Wick.

In the film Ballerina will appear old well -known faces – Angellica Huston as the director of the elite training center of Russia Roma, Ian McShane as Winston and Lance Reddick, for whom Charon, Concierge at the Hotel The Continental New York, unfortunately the very latest film role. Of course, viewers can also look forward to the main character who gave the name of the whole series. Eve Macarro will have to face John Wick himself in perfectly elaborated action scenes, whose whole underworld does not call otherwise than Baba Jaga. Charismatic Keanu Reeves cut his legendary killer with the usual commitment in the story of Ballerina, but this time he didn’t have to train as long and intensely before shooting as in previous parts.

The director’s baton was taken over by the champion of the event only Wiseman (Deadly Trap 4.0, Underworld), but the choreography of combat scenes was supervised by Chad Stahelski, director of all four parts of John Wick. Spectators thus guarantee that they will enjoy everything they love on this series – from high -Octoan chases and sophisticated combat choreographies, through breathtaking international locations, to an unconventional arsenal. In the ballerina there is everything that is currently available – knives, Katana, climbing axes, grenades, flamethrings, but also skates.

Keanu Reeves came to a higher and higher level of martial arts control in the character of John Wick. In his world there are only perfect killers, and therefore the creators of the story with the new main character stood before a big challenge. Finally, the choice fell on an actress of Cuban origin, who already had something trained from movies is not time to die and knives. Ana de Armas admits that physical preparation for ballerina was completely different coffee. “At the beginning, I was afraid if I could do such a challenging training at all. I learned to fight with my character, and that gave me the opportunity to perfectly penetrate her thinking, understand her transformation from an ordinary ballerina to the killing champion. Filming this film moved me far beyond my limits.

Ana de Armas wanted all the action scenes and fights to look believable on canvas rather than spectacular. Therefore, he does not destroy his rivals with brute force, but he thinks more and uses creatively creatively all that he finds around her, in her hands, weapon becomes any objects. In one of her favorite scenes, the complete equipment – knives, pots and pans flies in the kitchen of the mountain hotel. Another key moment is the scene in the dance club. The actress perceived her as a metaphor of adolescence. Eve leaves school and stands on the threshold of the real world. He is angry with himself, makes mistakes and is frustrated. But viewers see the progress she has made. She is interested in everything she has learned and what she will need in her next life to beat even the strongest rivals.

The action hit of the ballerina from the world of John Wick will be screened in Slovak cinemas from June 5.
