Health workers mark strike for next month

They require the valorization of workers, the professional career of health assistant technician and the negotiation of the collective bargaining agreement for workers with individual employment contract.

Health workers will strike on June 6 for the appreciation of workers and careers, according to the pre-advice of the National Federation of Public and Social Workers Unions (FNSTFPS).

According to the pre-visionworkers will be on strike between 00:00 and 24:00 on June 6, and minimum services are assured in services that work uninterruptedly 24 hours a day in the seven days of the week.

“To the governments of the PS and AD so far has lacking political will to recognize and put this career at the same level as special health careers, doing justice to the functions performed by these professionals,” says the union.
