The Houthis continued to shoot missiles against Israel, including Ben Gurion airport, near Tel Aviv, in what they say they are solidarity with Palestinians
The Yemen Houthis, aligned with Iran, announced on Monday what they called “maritime block” to the Israeli Port of Haifa, in response to the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
“All companies with ships present or to this port are notified that, from the moment of this announcement, the port mentioned was included in the list of targets,” said group spokesman Yahya Saree, in a televised speech.
The Houthis continued to shoot missiles against Israel, including Ben Gurion airport, near Tel Aviv, in what they say they are solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza, although they agreed to interrupt attacks on US ships.

The missiles launched by the group against Israel were mostly intercepted.
Israel performed attacks in response, including one on May 6, which damaged Yemen’s main airport in Sanaa and killed several people.
