This cake is like the taste of childhood – A meter is a real classic among home desserts. Clear cake:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 220 g of wheat flour,
  • 140 g cukru,
  • 70 ml of water,
  • 70 ml of oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • A bit of salt.

Chocolate cake:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 190 g of wheat flour,
  • 30 g kakao,
  • 140 g cukru,
  • 70 ml of water,
  • 70 ml of oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • a bit of vanilla extract,
  • A bit of salt.

Pudding cream:

  • 2 vanilla puddings,
  • 750 ml of milk,
  • 250 g of butter,
  • 100 g cukru,
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

Decoration:

  • 1 apricot jam,
  • 2 lemons.

Make a bright cake. Whip the eggs with sugar to a light and fluffy mass. Pour oil and water with a small stream, mixing all the time. Finally, pour in the sifted wheat flour with baking powder. Mix only to connect. Pour the dough into a baking tray with a length of about 25 centimeters lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for about 35-40 minutes. Cool.

Make a dark cake. Mix eggs with sugars, as before, pour oil and water. Finally, add wheat flour with baking powder and additionally cocoa. Combine to mix the ingredients.

Pour the dough into the form of the same length, lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for about 35-40 minutes.

Now make a pudding cream. Pour 100 ml of milk and dissolve the pudding in it. Boil the rest of the milk with sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour the pudding mixture into boiling milk and mix until a thick pudding is formed. Cool to room temperature. Grate the soft butter to a fluffy mass, then gradually add cold pudding, mixing all the time.

Ready -made dough countertops cross -section along the long side in three parts. In the case of chocolate – out of two. The sides can be slightly bulged, which you can cut with a sharp knife. You can also cut them along the short sides, i.e. on slices, then it will be equal on each side. It all depends on how you want to fold the dough.

Now place a flat dough top flat. Brush them with a part of the pudding cream and cover them with a dark dough. Repeat it until the end of the ingredients. Turn the dough to make it wide, not high. If you have chopped dough on slices, arrange them alternately, spreading pudding cream between the layers.

Brush with apricot jam and decorate with slices of scalded chopped lemon. Put in the fridge.
