Federal Police found handwritten spreadsheets that detail the financial movement of the Red Command (CV), one of the largest criminal factions in the country. Records point to a movement of R $ 13.8 million in February 2024, including values in kind and drugs – that the organization calls “goods”. The material was revealed through messages intercepted between group leaders.
Of the nearly R $ 14 million, R $ 6 million were described as “saved money” and the other R $ 7.8 million, attributed to narcotics stocks. The documents also indicate detailed expenses of the faction, such as R $ 55 thousand with lawyers, R $ 39 thousand in the purchase of 30 kg of marijuana and up to R $ 280 with a coffee maker.
The information is from the newspaper The globe.
The discovery was possible after the interception of messages between Edgar Alves Andrade, known as Doca, head of trafficking in the Penha Complex (RJ), and Arnaldo da Silva Dias, Naldinho, who is serving time in the prison of Gericino, in the west of Rio. According to PF, Naldinho acts as a faction summit, passing orders and coordinating finance.

The spreadsheets also show remittances of funds to faction support houses in cities where there are federal prisons – such as Mossoró (RN), Catanduvas (PR), Campo Grande (MS) and Brasilia (DF) – that houses members of the high leadership of the CV. More than R $ 30 thousand were allocated to these units, according to the records.
On the recipe side, the data indicate that the faction raised more than $ 1 million with the sale of cocaine, marijuana and skank. CV -dominated slums, such as Guandu and Manguinhos, would have contributed R $ 168 thousand in the same period.
The investigation also revealed an unusual order: during the G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro, in February, the CV leadership determined a seven -day truce in theft and confrontation. The guidance, according to a message sent by Naldinho to members of the faction, would have left “a representative of the authorities in Rio.” The Federal Police have not yet identified who this authority would be nor confirmed the existence of institutional contact.

Arrested with more than 50 years of convictions for trafficking and homicide, Naldinho appears in investigations as a central figure in the articulation of the CV, being responsible for coordinating communication between maximum security prisoners and leaders in the territories controlled by the faction.
