Classic radish and cucumber salad This is a recipe for a fresh and light addition to any dry breakfast, lunch, lunch or dinner. Crunchy vegetables are a decent portion of fiberthat will help you take care of better digestion and a flat stomach. The big advantage of this dish is its simplicity – just a few basic ingredients and you will only make a unique dish within 10 minutes, where the radish plays the first violin. In addition, Greek yogurt, which is the dressing base, contains protein, and health -promoting probiotic bacteria that have a positive effect on the intestinal microflora. The salad will also be an ideal dish for people who are not cooking masters on a daily basis and are looking for simple solutions for delicious food.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 greenhouse cucumber,
  • 2 bunches of radishes,
  • 1 green onion.

Dressing:

  • 150 ml of Greek yogurt,
  • ¾ teaspoon of sea salt,
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper.

Such a salad can diversify breakfast and dinner, it will blend well with spring sandwiches with lettuce, ham and how. You can also serve it in the dinner version to a classic chop or chicken breast made of grilled and young potatoes.

Wash cucumbers and radishes well and dry with paper towels. Cut them into thin semi -slices and transfer to a salad bowl.

Finely chop the green onion and add it to the other vegetables.

Prepare dressing, stirring in a separate bowl yogurt with spices. Pour the salad ingredients with the sauce. Mix everything well.

Serve immediately after preparation. If you want to make a radish and cucumber salad earlier, pour the vegetables directly before serving on the table, because the cucumbers will release water and the whole will get watery.

If necessary, store the salad in the fridge, in a tight container and use within 2 days. Before serving, it is best to pour excess water and add 1-2 tablespoons of cream itself. There is no need for additional seasoning.
