The SP SUPER ACTION program aims to break with the poverty cycle of 35,000 families in two years. The goal is to initially reach 1% of its target audience, which are the state families recorded in CadÚnico. The registration has 3.2 million families in São Paulo municipalities, 2.5 million of them beneficiaries of Bolsa Familia.
The Ulysses Guimarães auditorium, inside the palace and capable of a thousand people, was crowded when Tarcisio arrived for the event, around 10:30 am. The presentation delayed in over half an hour due to the governor’s willingness to take pictures with the invited mayors, his delegations and the first ladies. Tarcisio smiled and answered everyone.
At the end of the event, the ceremonial also organized queues of parliamentarians, mayors and first ladies to greet the governor and take more photos with him.
During his speech, Tarcisio adopted a pastoral tone and emphasized the words “faith” and “belief” as ingredients necessary for success.
“Everything is born in belief, everything is born in attitude. And if we want to overcome poverty, if you want to make this program a success, if we want to make this program a reference. We will build. We will build the best social program in Brazil.”
The governor also used biblical terms to refer to the program. “We are talking about legacy, we are talking about reward before God, because the best way to serve the Lord is to make a difference, it is to provide emancipation,” he said.
“GalalD” is a term present in the Bible that refers to spiritual reward.
Speaking to journalists, moments after the presentation, the governor was asked about the list of his proposal with Bolsa Familia and criticized the petista flag. “I understand that these programs are very important, however, they are not enough. What we want, in the end, is to ensure that, in fact, there is prosperity.”
He said Super Action SP “is, yes, very important to us”, but denied that the proposal has an electoral character. “I’m not looking at this, it doesn’t go through my mind when you make a program like this. What goes through the head is: let’s make a difference, let’s solve people’s lives.”

The technical speech technical placed the first lady in a contrast position with the first lady Rosângela Lula da Silva, who last week to speak during a dinner with China President Xi Jinping-critics that resulted in Lula’s public defense to his wife.
The governor’s program, depends on approval by state deputies, as it provides for an increase of up to R $ 500 million in the São Paulo social assistance budget.
