“It is very likely that next week, for example, a technical meeting will take place in the Vatican with the participation of Ukrainians, Russians, Americans and Europeans,” Stubb said.
According to him, the US still did not give up the tasks of the intermediary of the conflict. “There are more intermediaries: only the US played this role before, and Europe has now joined it,” he said.
