A new artificial intelligence tool (IA) promises facilitate the understanding of the changes provided for in the tax reform.
The model, accessed by WhatsApp, answers the questions of entrepreneurs in real time for free, 24 hours a day.
The system was created by the Studio group and acts as a virtual assistant specializing in taxes.
AI interprets questions sent by text or audio and offers answers based on official documents and technical analysis.
According to the company, more than 200 entrepreneurs have already used the technology.
“We put a tax expert in the entrepreneur’s pocket. It is an innovation with purpose, designed to bring clarity amid the complexity of the reform,” says Carlos Braga Monteiro, CEO of the Studio Group.
According to the proposal, the tool should answer from basic questions to specific questions about sectors and special regimes. The idea is to reduce legal insecurity in the face of tax replacement such as PIS, COFINS, ICMS and ISS with new taxes – the contribution on goods and services (CBS) and the Tax on Goods and Services (IBS).
For the tool’s creator, the goal is to make the transition more understandable, especially for small and medium enterprises.
Studio group survey points out that almost 90% of Brazilian companies have some kind of fiscal irregularity.
Among traders, this number reaches 96%. In industry, 92% face problems, ranging from delays in paying taxes to difficulty in compliance with ancillary obligations.
