Yuri Romão criticizes absence of dialogue in the electoral process and questions voting system that favors state federations
Yuri Romão, president of Sport, criticized in an interview with journalists on Tuesday (20.MAI.2025) the lack of dialogue with the clubs of LFU (Liga Forte União) in the electoral process of CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation), which has.
“We feel disrespected. Serie A and B clubs were not called for any conversation. So, why, the plate is ready and say, ‘The plate is this, you come?’ This is not how it works ”said the leader.

The election is scheduled for Sunday (25.MAI), on the eve of Carlo Ancelotti’s 1st call as coach of the Brazilian team. According to the announcement, the 1st call is scheduled for 10:30 am, and 2nd at 11:30.
