Gaúcha developer Melnick () announced that it will launch her second venture in São Paulo. The Lorena gang will be built in the neighborhood of Jardins, one of the most valued regions of the state capital. The project will be touched by Melnick Partners, arm created for projects outside Rio Grande do Sul, in partnership with a player Paulista, the incorporating Yuny. The General Sales Value (VGV) is estimated at R $ 700 million.
The land of 5,400 m² where will be erected Lorena housed the first unit of the Pão de Açúcar group (), inaugurated in 1959. The project foresees three residential towers with 56 apartments, ranging from 285 m² to 372 m², all with three or four suites, four parking spaces, hall and private elevator. Ground apartments with outdoor area and coverage units can reach 713 m².
The project also foresees a fourth tower that will house commercial units with multipurpose spaces from 15.5 m².

The venture will also have an official clay tennis court, which will be used for stocks during the sales period.

According to the statement to the market, Yuny has 28 years of operation in the São Paulo market, with projects in neighborhoods such as Itaim, Faria Lima and Brooklin. The Lorena square must be the point of a joint venture With Melnick, which should develop other high standard projects in the southern and west of São Paulo.
