The central gate at its headquarters in Virginia closed due to an incident and shooting reports. Authorities confirmed that a person was shot at the premises early Thursday morning.
According to what is known, security men at the CIA headquarters opened fire on one person early Thursday morning. The CIA described the incident as a “security incident”.
“There was a security incident in which law enforcement authorities responded outside the CIA headquarters,” the CIA spokesman said. “Additional information will be provided when it is considered appropriate,” he added.
The non -fatal shot on the ownership of the CIA in Langley, Virginia, was reported a few hours after officials said that Giaron Lissinsky and Sarah Milgrim were shot and killed outside the Jewish Museum of the capital.
There is no evidence that the two incidents are linked to each other.
