A convocation for the waiting list do selection process of the remaining vacancies of the Student Financing Fund (FIES)ends this Thursday (22). The announcement refers to the first half of 2025.
The query of the list can be done by. Participation in the waiting list of the remaining vacancies of Fies is automatic for students who no they were pre-selected in the unique call of the selection process.
The pre-selected candidate must attend the Permanent Committee on Supervision and Monitoring (CPSA) of the institution of up to two business days after the date of pre-selection to prove the information stated in the registration.
If the commission identifies a discrepancy regarding the declared, the presentation of complementary documentation for proof, both for those pre-selected in the FIES vacancies, and for those pre-selected in the social fies vacancies may be required.
In the case of vacancies for persons with disabilities, candidates must prove their situation by means of a medical report, attesting the species and the degree of disability with express reference to the corresponding code of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD).
For those pre-selected by the Social FIES, the hiring of up to 100% of the educational charges charged by the institutions is guaranteed. These candidates are automatically identified by FIES Selection from CadÚnico database, provided to MEC by the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Hunger Fighting (MDS).
After validation of the registration by the CPSA of the educational institution, the pre-selected should validate their information with a financial agent within ten days, from the third business day of the registration validation date by the CPSA. Documentation can be delivered physical or digital.
If the documentation is approved by the financial agent, the pre-selected may formalize the contracting of its financing.
