First of all, it is worth knowing that these flowers look best in groups and mixed or one type of composition. Therefore, after flowering time, they must be removed from the beds by excavating the bulbs. However, wait for the green leaves to completely disappear and do not trim them in any way! It is very important to take care of their bulbs to the next planting season to ensure that narcissists continue to bloom every spring. Periodically inspect the protected onions – if you notice soft, rotten or dried, remove them immediately to avoid damaging the rest. Also, it is worth applying the bulbs slightly once every couple of weeks to dry evenly. If moisture accumulates in the storage room, it is important to ventilate it well. Properly stored bulbs will be healthy, strong and ready to successfully germinate next spring.
When to plant daffodils?
These flowers should be planted in early fall, ie around September. Wire and fertile soil is best for planting onions. It is worth remembering that the planting depth should be 10-20 cm.
