The National Federation of Federal Judiciary Workers and the Federal Prosecutor’s Office (Fenajufe) issued a statement in which it expresses skepticism with the, popularly known as penduricals, by administrative decision.
“The standard represents a small exception in the face of the numerous benefits that magistrates have been self -concept, without any brake on the part,” says the server representative entity
According to the Federation, payments are not at first illegitimate, but their disproportionate use for magistrates to the detriment of the servers.
“What was observed was a real kidnapping of the Union Judiciary Budget in recent years, leaving the rights of servers discovered,” he says.
The Federation adds that “it will follow vigilant and active in defending the budget balance, transparency and valorization of the judiciary’s employees”.
