Data from Telephony Operator Tim show that the former presidential advisor was far from the Dawn Palace on the morning of December 7, 2022, when there was a meeting on the scam draft.
The information was obtained by the defense of Martins with the operator. The lawyers argue that this is proof that he did not participate in the meeting. The data will be presented in the participation in the alleged coup plot, currently in.

Martins’s lawyers have been trying for over a year to get full TIM data about their mobile phone, but so far they have only obtained partial information.
