An opposition wing attempts the deputy (PL-MT) as president of to investigate the (National Institute of Social Security).
The parliamentarian is co-authored by the CPMI’s request for creation, alongside the Senator (Republicans-DF), who defends his name to command the board. For now, the parliamentarian has no consensus in opposition. Leader of the House, the deputy (RJ) states that the matter has not yet been discussed.
The tendency is for the rapporteur of the committee to be with a parliamentary of the base. Despite the resistance of the president’s allies (PT), CPMI is expected to have a ruling majority, such as the commission created to investigate acts of action and omission on January 8, 2023, at the headquarters of the three powers.
Although the board is already drawn, the installation itself is still uncertain. This Wednesday (21), the president of the Senate and Congress, David Alcolumbre (Union-AP), signaled that he can read the request for the installation of CPMI at the next session of Congress, which, at first, would take place next Tuesday (27).
However, behind the scenes parliamentary show skepticism and bet that the session will not happen. In their evaluation, the installation should only happen in the second semester.
