The Sena Madureira City Council approved Resolution No. 037/2025, which establishes the payment of food allowances for councilors and effective servers of the legislature. The benefit will have retroactive financial effects on May 1, 2025 and will correspond to 15% of the parliamentarians’ allowance and salaries of the servers.

The aid has indemnity in nature, therefore, will not be incorporated into remuneration nor will it be incurred in income tax or social security contribution.
Payment of assistance will be restricted to those who are effective in office, being excluded servers on vacation, unpaid license, administrative suspension or already receive similar benefit.
In cases of non -justified absences, the amount will be discounted proportionally. The measure aims to ensure food support to active servers, without burdening the payroll with additional charges.
